clean room kettle with teabags pillow types sofa bed unfriendly reception no help

The room was very clean. I found a kettle along with tea bags and coffee in the room. The hotel provided two pillow types. This allowed guests to choose their preferred one.

My room did not match the description. Instead of three beds, there was a terrible sofa bed. It was impossible to sleep on it. The reception staff were not very friendly. They did not help solve the problem.
